The box structure is mostly composed of two or more sheets, represented by the commonly known “top and bottom cover carton”, which is characterized by the separation of the cover and the box (sometimes the bottom cover is also seperated), and its stiffness and compressive strength are better. To design the structure, the bottom size should be calculated firstly, and then the manufacturing size of the cover can be determined according to the external size of the bottom. For this type of carton box,the box body and the box covers are seperated,while using it, you join the covers upon the box body. when the box is put upright, the box cover can be partially or completely cover the box body. This type of box applies to packages that require high stacking load strength.
